1. Where are you located?

I’m based in Mid-Michigan and primarily serve Shiawassee County, Genesee County, and surrounding areas. During graduation season, I also offer sessions in Ann Arbor and East Lansing.

2. Do you help with location and outfit selection?

Absolutely. I’m happy to help with location recommendations, outfit guidance, timing, and overall session planning to make the experience feel easy and stress-free.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Sessions rescheduled within two weeks of the scheduled date are subject to a 10% rescheduling fee. Sessions rescheduled within one week are subject to a 20% fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

4. When will I receive my photos?

Most galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks depending on the season and session type.

5. Do you offer prints?

Yes. Professional-quality prints and products are available directly through your online gallery for easy ordering and high-quality results.

6. Hows many photos will I receive?

The number of final images varies depending on the type and length of your session or event, which will be discussed prior to booking. Every gallery is carefully curated and edited to ensure you receive a strong collection of high-quality images.

7. Do you travel?

Yes! I regularly travel throughout Mid-Michigan, including Shiawassee County, Genesee County, and surrounding areas. Ann Arbor sessions are also available during graduation season. Travel fees apply for locations outside my standard service area.

8. What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

You are definitely not alone — most people say this before their session. My approach is relaxed and guided, so I’ll help with posing, movement, prompts, and natural interaction throughout the session to make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
